Can I get a refund on my ticket(s)?

We will offer the following refund policy:

● 25% Refund before Monday, September 30th, 2024

● No refunds available in October

Tickets are also transferable to a person of your choosing. Send an email to sales@letsbefest.com for transfer requests. The deadline is Monday, October 14th, 2024. Absolutely, no refunds or transfers will be processed after the dates indicated.

What COVID-19 safety measures will be in place at the festival?

The health and safety of our attendees are our top priorities. Currently, COVID-19 protocols are not in effect, but we are closely monitoring health alerts from the Department of Health and Safety in Medellin. Any updates or changes will be communicated immediately if issues arise.

from out of town?
